Getronics Belgium reinforces its executive Management TEam
Getronics Belgium announces the strengthening of its executive management team to reinforce the brand "Getronics" in 2005, giving it a clear market position, enhancing visibility within its target group, and reinforcing commercial activity.
"The objective is to build a simple, transparent for everybody and streamlined organization, with clear roles and responsibilities. It's focused on the cornerstones of our 2005 strategy: global portfolio, partners, customers, market, delivery models and cost leadership initiatives", says Jean-Claude Vandenbosch, General Manager of Getronics Belgium and Luxembourg.

The new organization will look as follows:


This newly created division is headed by Alain Vande Kerkhove. Mr. Vande Kerkhove (43) previously held positions with Cap Gemini, SAS Institute, Oracle Belgium, Colt Telecom Benelux and Colt Telecom Group PLC.

Getronics' Global Alliances (Cisco, Microsoft, Dell) and partners in Security, Enterprise Content Management, Storage, Server & Network Integration, Telecom and Mobility as well as consulting firms are now totally integrated in our Global Portfolio Offering. Bruno Rignanese (46) has been appointed to manage this key Partner Programme.

Getronics will clearly align it service delivery capabilities of the Business Units with the portfolio offering developed by Marketing. The 3 Delivery Divisions (Managed Services, Infrastructure Integration, Business Solutions) are responsible to deliver in a profitable way the following Global Solutions to our clients:


Managed Services (MS) Division: responsible to deliver Field & OnSite Network & Desktop Outsourcing (NDOS) solutions

Infrastructure Integration (II) Division: responsible to deliver new emerging infrastructure solutions such as Remote Network & Desktop Outsourcing (NDOS), Storage, Server and Network Integration (SSNI) including Cabling, Converged Communications, Mobility and Security

Business Solutions (BS) Division: responsible to deliver Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Application Integration & Management (AIM) solutions


These three units are headed by Jean Brausch (58), who will continue to lead the MS Division. Both Kris van Daele (42) and Daniel Demanet (46) are promoted to the level of Director. They will respectively lead the II division and BS division. Daniel Velluet (56) will continue to lead Infotechnique, a 100% owned subsidiary of Getronics BeLux, which main activity is the production and industrial management of information.



Frans Freson will end his long Sales & Marketing career in Olivetti/Wang/Getronics and will take on other challenges as from March 18th 2005. We would like to thank Mr. Freson for his enormous contribution and fabulous dedication during his 28 years with our company.


The Sales Division is organised in three industry sectors, being:

  1. Public Sector, combining both Belgian State and European Institutions, managed by Tiziano De Angelis
  2. Finance Sector, covering Banking & Insurance customers including our Luxembourg presence, managed by Gilbert Meskens.
  3. Industry Sector, including Industrial, Retail, Utilities, Telco & Media customers, managed by Cris Buys.



Getronics' Finance & Administration and Human Resources organisations remain unchanged, headed by Marc Dick (41), F&A Director, and Luc Lemarcq (41), Human Resources Director.
